I've included an FAQ section because I genuinely want you to be informed and updated -- about me, about what I can help you with, the collaboration process, anything and everything. If you've a question you'd like answered that's not mentioned here, get in touch.    

"What can you do for us that others can't, or they have failed in giving us help, answers and solutions in the way we want it?" My clients are the important one's. They're the centre of attention, and as such, their problems and solutions are all that I'm concerned about and focused on. I don't make my work be about me and what I can specifically do. I don't over promise. I don't skip deadlines. I meet the mission head on. I've spent over £100K over the years in my own marketing, coaching and communications education because I wanted to become a much better solution creator to the issues and problems and obstacles my clients were facing. There's an answer, maybe multiple answers and solutions to the problems and challenges you're facing. Your biggest headache? Following and adopting the wrong thinking and strategies.  

"How does marketing communications and strategy, along with personal development coaching help a business owner or entrepreneur? Why is the combination important?" There's nothing more important than the accurate thinking software inside an entrepreneur's or businesses owner's mind. And because all actions and behaviours consequently flow out of that entrepreneurial mind, good, bad, indifferent, mind matters most. What I've found is many owners and entrepreneurs are timid, scared, fearful, not fully in charge of their own business destiny. And that's because their minds are running on several different tracks at the same time and so because of that, aren't able to think straight and strategically for any length of meaningful time. They're constantly firefighting - either with their marketing and business producing activities. Or, with their own inner doubts, fears and self image issues. When both mind and marketing are functioning together in a seamless flowing way, miracles happen. I've had extensive coaching training and marketing and copywriting training since early 2000 and employ all I know in both disciplines to better the lives of my clients and non clients. 

"I don't like the idea of selling and being a salesperson, how can I still be profitable?" Find another way to frame what you think sales, is. Don't sell and pitch, give what you do away so someone can experience what it is you do and how beneficial it will be for those who need what you have. If you have an aversion to the sales process, hire others to do the sales or selling for you. Find out what is currently the  most successful way you currently sell, and use that as your benchmark selling process. Another way: learn to fall in love with the idea of sales instead of hating it and you'll make more money and you'll love the whole process that produces the money. And so instead of hating the whole process, you'll value it and treasure it. However you do it and whatever you call it, someone else has to buy what it is you have for sale.  If you don't find a way, then find an alternative income revenue generator for you.    

"What stops my flow? I experience days when I'm unstoppable and then other days, I can't seem to get a thing done in my business, why is that?" When you can connect deeply with the reasons why you're in the business you're in, connect back with what your mission and purpose is for choosing what you're doing - and truly understand the emotional outcomes and impact your business will have on those you serve and help - when you internalise those answers and you can connect with them on a visceral level then you'll find there'll be less of this floating and fluctuating productivity spells going on with you. Instead, you'll find that for the most part you'll be alive and on fire with your work and your business. There's no secret productivity miracle to getting things done. Connect back to your purpose and mission, get back in touch with why you're in the business you are and you'll find that both your mind and your marketing will be 100% aligned and on fire. 

How can I make an extra 6 to 7 figures of business?  Be the kind of person who can create that money. How? Get coaching or help that'll zero in on helping you fix your own thinking, that'll have you drop your old stories of your own fears and apprehensions about creating that money, that'll have you become system oriented and focused, that'll have you create structure and frameworks in alignment with a plan to bring in new customers, that'll help you sell more to existing customers, and sell them more frequently, that'll have you treat your communications and campaigns like it's all a mission imperative project. And, when you  execute and implement like a true productivity master, you'll create all the additional income you want. 

"What are the areas of my business I need to focus on that'll create ongoing, profitable dependable revenue?"
Good business is a series of interconnected components, all working in harmony together. There's no one element that can exist profitably, in isolation. And, all effort and profitability stems from the mind and thinking of the business owner and, what the mission and purpose as to why the business has been created for in the first place. If business is disjointed and disconnected, not functioning as smoothly as you'd like, go back to the reason the business was started, the mission and ambition... and by doing so, you'll see where you're going off course, where you're out of alignment. And naturally, focus on product/service, distribution channels, target clients, media, marketing, technology, personnel, systems... all need constant auditing and optimising to help you isolate the highest performing alternatives and options in each area. Business is a logical process operated by emotional humans. When you become an optimiser, a system focused evangelist in each and every area of your business, you'll create the astonishing.       

"There's just too much information to know what's good advice and what's not, how do I figure it all out?" It depends what you want the information for. What you want it to do for you. What you want it to solve. What outcome are you looking for. The clearer you are in what you want, the targets you want to hit, the milestones you want to reach, then you'll gravitate to the kind of person who'll help you sort and decipher it all out for you.

 "What kind of businesses would benefit from the products and services I can deliver?" If you're already in business with paying customers, if you have high growth ambitions, if you've already paid for some form of coaching, personal growth, marketing and copywriting services in the past, if you deeply understand and value the role of mind and marketing and advertising in your business, if you're not a corner-cutter, price-haggler or a 'cheap date', then you'd be a perfect as someone I'd like to have a conversation with. 

"I'm at a loss; how do I know what kind of marketing or coaching help I need?" The only way that can be worked out is first find out what's currently going on inside your business and inside your thinking. Find out what's working, what's not. Because your thinking and your communications and your marketing systems are currently creating whatever results they currently bring you. If you want different results to show up in your life, you'll need different systems - different thinking systems and different marketing and business systems. The biggest problem in the small business, professional services and entrepreneurial world is wanting different, higher results to show up, but do not want to change the current system of operation. For new results to show up, a new alternative system needs to show up first. And once that new system is in place, then the specific coaching and strategic marketing help can kick in.  

"What kind of marketing ideas, coaching models, concepts and strategies do you employ?" The choice of ideas, strategies, models and concepts to be used will depend entirely on you, your personality and character, the details of your project. From a coaching perspective, I work on the mind, thoughts and fears a business person or entrepreneur has, and work to create a customised solution based on what's in front of me and what needs to be solved. I will say that the fundamental marketing application used is direct-response-marketing. This type of marketing is specifically designed to generate a response, a lead, an inquiry, a sale, using high value words that have high emotional value, causing high visceral impact. This is not the kind of marketing taught in schools, colleges and institutions. This is not the kind of advertising and communications commonly practiced by majority of advertising agencies and marketing outfits. This kind of marketing is called image or institutional advertising; it's main aim is to create awareness and to please and appease their clients.    

"Will you guarantee the results I get when working with you?" With so many variables going into creating a campaign or in delivering a strategy, or coaching you to an outcome, the 100% guarantee I give is that I'll give you my best reasoned advice and the highest value-based work I can deliver in the time we have together. Of course, many people like hearing a specific numbers and specific targets hit. Those targets and goals response number or a specific money-number. All I know is that when the right systems and processes are in place and they're back up with compelling, high-value marketing and advertising communications, the money-results will happen and follow, as a direct consequence. Most importantly, you'll have to come to the arrangement with 100% of your commitment and willingness to listen, follow and implement the advice, info, ideas, strategies and recommendations.   

We've tried and hired other marketing consultants, coaches and advertising professionals and have been disappointed with the results; what makes you and your work different; why should our business choose you, over anyone else? If there was no-one else on the planet who you could hire, then what would you do? How would you create the solutions and advice you were looking for help towards in the first place? You would find a way. Or, you'd rapidly go out of business. Now when hiring, once you decide the specific criteria you want in a person that you want to hire, then you'll ultimately get the person you want. And if you make your criteria flexible enough yet demanding enough, that blend and mix will give you the right person you want.
